PAYMENT
Our shop acccepts Secure payments by: Visa, Mastercard, regular account payments made trough Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to purchase from this store. eCheck payments will not be shipped until the eCheck amount has cleared.
SHIPPING
Standard Aus shipping will usually take 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. Orders are usually processed 48 hours and shipped within 1-3 business days using standard shipping.
INTERNATIONAL
International delivery time varies by country. Please allow 1-2 weeks. Orders shipped outside AUS are subject to regular customs duties and fees which Buoy Clothing is not responsible for. Buoy Clothing is not responsible for any lost items while in international transit.
EXCHANGE
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworm and unaltered. Contact us directly to set up an exchange. Items marked as Final Sale do not apply for any exchanges or returns.
RETURNS
Returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in brand new reselling condition. A possible re-stocking fee will vary on the amount of items returned. Items marked as Final Sale do not apply for any exchanges or returns. Contact us about your return.
GARMENT CARE
We recommend that you wash your garment inside out, cold wash and hang dry. You can view our size chart here.
